Mark Dean Veca

Né en 1963 à Shreveport, Los Angeles (USA). Vit à New York.

En matière d’espace, Mark Dean Veca est un vorace. Ses œuvres in-situ jouent avec les perspectives des lieux qu’ils occupent. Inspirés par les formes psyché-organiques de la BD, ses wall-drawings s’offrent comme d’inquiétants trompe-l’œil aux allures bactériologiques. Les jeux de l’artiste autour du motif l’ont aussi mené à réinterpréter et détourner les sages éléments de la toile de Jouy.
